As the owner, you declare that I am the legal owner of the dog(s) in training and take full responsibility for any injuries that may occur to the dog(s) during training sessions. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any harm that occurs while my dog(s) attend training sessions.

Bookings are free, but if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled training session, the client will be charged 50% of the fee. In the event of a cancellation on the training day itself, the client will be charged the full fee due to the impact on other clients and our waiting list.

We enjoy sharing pictures and videos on social media and in advertising. By signing this agreement, you allow The Dog Specialist to use your pet’s name, images, or likeness taken during training sessions for marketing, advertising, and promotional materials without compensation unless there are valid security concerns.

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming, tick, and flea treatments (such as Heartgard & Nexgard). Proof of vaccinations must be provided and pets with expired vaccines will not be accepted for training sessions or walks during our opening times.
